His125 - Introduction
In this paper, I will discuss information gathering that analyzes a
business project I just started. The business is an internet web site
that will allow customers to study and practice for military enlisted
promotion tests. To make this happen I will use Business Systems
Analysis tools to help me develop my business project. First, I will
discuss the systems investigation techniques that I will use in my
project. Next, I will cover which analyst's channels of information I
will use. Third, I will use a requirements determination, and then
evaluate procedures to help make the project a success utilizing
concepts from Business Process Re-engineering (BPR). Finally, I will
close with a summary.
His 125 - Systems Investigation Techniques
I will use some of the following systems investigation techniques
from the text Introduction to Business Systems Analysis (2002, p. 72) in
the development of the project: how it will work, such as the type of
software to use in managing the test bank data. Prescribe to legal and
government regulations to ensure owner and customer protection. I
will use economic and organizational environments to ensure updates are
made to maintain the customer's highest expectations of the product.
Bsa375 - Now let us go to the next step in the project.
Analysts Channels of Information
Bsa 375
- I will use three of the five analyst's channels of information to
help structure a profitable environment. As suggested in the text
Introduction to Business Systems Analyses (2002, pp. 73-82) first, I
will perform interviews with possible customers to gather customer
needs. Second, I will use my current, past observations and experience
to design the product to exceed customer requirements. Third, I will
measure customer needs from past data, and from the use of similar
products customers currently use. In the next step I will discuss how
the product should work.
